I've got a Southwest Chicken in my CrockPot Now. Just add 2 Cans of Drained Corn, 1 Can of Black Beans Drained, Cup of Salsa and then Put Chicken Breast in.....top with another Cup of Salsa....then add cheese at the end.
I've been wanting a Programmable Crock Pot so I'm checking out the deals now and adding to my Christmas List for mom to grab in October.....
