If you are lucky enough to get on Target's baby mail list, you can stack their coupons with a manufacture coupon and a formula check...then wait for them to go on sale and that is the best savings! I think you get on that list by doing a baby registery there. (If you know for sure let me know)

I've heard that store policies in Utah differ from other places in the country. Can you double-up/stack coupons here in Utah?
