Jelly Belly is hosting a contest for the most creative cupcake featuring Jelly Belly’s and the winner gets $10,000!! I know it’s a bit of a long shot but it’s so easy to submit a cupcake that you might as well try! My favorites are the Elmo cupcake and the cupcakes featuring bacon and eggs!
