About a week ago I sent off a little email to my friend over at Tight Wad in Utah asking her for a great zucchini recipe. Once again she passed on an amazing recipe. I seriously could have eaten the whole thing in one sitting. (I am never going to drop that 10 lbs at this rate.) If you have never been to her site I think you would be impressed. I have loved all of her recipes over there. Guess what! She did a post on different ways to use your zucchini's and another amazing looking pizza stuffed with zucchini. It all looks amazing. I can't wait to start cooking!
