Either way, Sam's Club is hosting a FREE "New Year, New You" Health Screenings this Saturday, January 11th from 11 AM-3 PM. This free screening is available for members AND the public.
The screenings include five in-club health tests that are valued at up to $100 and include
Glucose
Total cholesterol
Blood pressure
Body mass index (BMI)
Vision screening/testing
This program is the first of 10, yes 10, free screenings Sam's Club is offering us. They will take place the second Saturday of each month through October 2014.
