Have you heard of Delivery Man?  If not you should watch the trailer.   As you can see from the trailer  Delivery Man starring Vince Vaughn, his concept of family and meaning in his life gets turned upside down when he finds out that his donation to a fertility clinic 20 years ago results in a mix-up and the revelation that he has fathered 533 children.
