Texmati Rice Select Review + Giveaway

I use rice a ton at my house.  When Texmati sent me some to use I was so excited and it arrived at the perfect time.  Last night I made Red Beans and Rice for Fat Tuesday.  The Rice was delicious and it was just the perfect amount with friends coming over.

When I was looking around the website they have some fun recipes to try.  It is time to make my next menu plan and I am thinking that the Apple Rice Pudding sounds delicious.   I love desserts that you use real fruit in.
